DWAYNE is a Senior Consultant with our Wayne NJ office. Prior to completing his MBA at Duke University and joining Bayer Business Consulting he got around quite a bit: After graduating in pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University he spent several years at the cancer research center in Philadelphia. After that, he worked several years as a specialty salesman at one of the major pharmaceutical companies and he also summered in leverage finance at a global investment bank. So in the recruiting process after completing his MBA he had quite a variety of options ? and yet he decided to join us. Find out what attracted Dwayne to us in the first part of his interview.
